Create a group
Everyone participating needs a Lister account. Open the list overview and choose the option to create a group. Give it a name such as “Family” or “Our household”.
Start with an empty set of items or select an existing dataset as a starting point. This copies items, categories, units, stores, and related data. It does not automatically copy existing shopping lists or recipes.
Invite people
Open the group’s three-dot menu and choose Invite to group. Share the invitation link with the people you want to invite. The link takes them to the joining flow in Lister.
Share the invitation link only with the intended members of your group.
Use several lists and groups
A group can contain several lists, such as your weekly groceries and a drugstore list. Create additional groups for different people or occasions, such as a shared holiday.
Have a quick conversation
Open the group’s message icon to send text or picture messages. Ask which brand or variety someone meant, right where you plan your shopping. Manage new-message notifications in Android’s notification settings.
